How orders are processed, packaged, and delivered.

Orders are generally processed after payment verification, account approval, inventory confirmation, and any required order review.
Standard processing is typically 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Larger orders, special handling, documentation requests, verification holds, preorders, backorders, or high-volume periods may require additional time.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Available shipping methods and charges will be shown at checkout, provided by invoice, or confirmed before shipment.
Brightline Scientific may select or change a carrier or service level when reasonably necessary to protect delivery timing, package integrity, security, or availability.
Orders are shipped in plain or minimally branded outer packaging when practical. The external package may identify the legal shipper, fulfillment provider, return address, or information required by the carrier or law.
Discreet packaging does not mean anonymous shipping, concealment from carriers, false customs declarations, or removal of legally required information.
Products are packaged using materials reasonably selected for ordinary commercial transport. Packaging may include protective pouches, cushioning, sealed product containers, labels, lot identifiers, or documentation.
Customers should inspect packaging and product seals immediately upon delivery.
Some products may have recommended storage conditions. Unless a cold-shipping service is expressly selected, paid for, and confirmed in writing, shipments are not guaranteed to remain within a specific temperature range during transit.
Where available, optional cold-shipping or temperature-controlled packaging may include insulated materials, cold packs, expedited service, or other measures. These measures are intended to reduce transit exposure but do not constitute a validated cold chain or guarantee a continuous temperature range unless expressly stated in writing.
A product’s recommended storage condition does not necessarily mean ordinary short-duration shipping exposure renders it unusable. Customers remain responsible for independently assessing suitability upon receipt.
All delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, volume, mechanical issues, routing, security screening, natural disasters, government action, labor disruptions, or other events outside Brightline Scientific’s control.
Brightline Scientific is not liable for research schedules, missed deadlines, lost opportunities, or consequential loss resulting from shipping delays.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address.
Brightline Scientific is not responsible for loss, delay, misdelivery, return, or additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, inaccessible, or unauthorized address.
Address changes requested after order submission are not guaranteed. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring timely retrieval from the delivery location.
A carrier’s delivery scan, signature record, photograph, geolocation record, or other confirmation may be treated as evidence of delivery.
Report visible shipping damage, missing contents, incorrect items, or suspected loss within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Include the order number and photographs of the outer package, shipping label, internal packaging, product, seal, and any visible damage. Preserve all packaging until the review is complete.
Brightline Scientific may require carrier investigation, affidavit, police report, delivery confirmation, or additional documentation before determining whether replacement, credit, or other resolution is appropriate.
Brightline Scientific is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery.
Orders returned because of refusal, customer unavailability, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid fees, or other customer-related causes may be nonrefundable.
If reshipment is approved, the customer is responsible for additional shipping, handling, inspection, and replacement costs. Returned research products may not be restocked or resold.
Brightline Scientific may limit shipping destinations at its discretion. International shipping, if offered, is subject to import laws, customs procedures, duties, taxes, inspections, restrictions, and delays.
The customer is solely responsible for confirming that a product may lawfully be imported, received, possessed, and used in the destination jurisdiction.
Brightline Scientific may refuse international orders or cancel orders that create legal, customs, sanctions, export, carrier, or compliance risk.
