Brightline Scientific operates as a controlled-access supplier of materials intended exclusively for lawful research use. This policy explains the limitations attached to product access, purchase, communication, handling, and use.
The purpose of this policy is to make clear that Brightline Scientific does not operate as a medical provider, pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, clinic, telehealth service, veterinary provider, diagnostic laboratory, treatment platform, or patient-care service.
Products are intended only for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, or other non-clinical research activities.

Requests for this information may result in refusal of service, account restriction, cancellation, or termination.
Customers are responsible for determining whether they possess the appropriate training, facilities, safety procedures, legal authority, and institutional approvals required for their intended research.
Account approval does not constitute certification, endorsement, credential verification, legal authorization, scientific validation, or approval of any proposed use.
Customers must independently evaluate product identity, documentation, suitability, experimental design, controls, methods, risks, storage, handling, disposal, and applicable law.
Any certificate of analysis or third-party documentation is provided for informational review and does not replace the customer’s own quality system, verification, testing, or professional judgment.
Customers are responsible for implementing appropriate controls for receipt, inspection, storage, access, security, contamination prevention, labeling, recordkeeping, transport, and disposal.
Only trained and authorized personnel should handle research materials. Products should be stored according to product-specific documentation where available and within an appropriate controlled research environment.
Products may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, relabeled, transferred, or supplied to another person or entity without prior written authorization from Brightline Scientific.
Products may never be transferred for human, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, food, supplement, or household use.
Brightline Scientific may answer questions about order status, lot information, available documentation, packaging, shipping, account access, and stated storage information.
Brightline Scientific will not interpret research findings, recommend experimental outcomes, validate a research protocol, or advise on human or veterinary use.
Brightline Scientific may refuse access, decline questions, cancel orders, restrict accounts, or terminate relationships when communications, ordering behavior, or other information suggests prohibited use, unlawful activity, misrepresentation, resale risk, or noncompliance with this policy.
Suspected misuse, diversion, unauthorized resale, false representation, or prohibited use may be reported to contact@brightlinescientific.com. Brightline Scientific may preserve records and cooperate with payment providers, carriers, legal counsel, regulators, or law enforcement when appropriate.
