Brightline Scientific is a supplier of research materials. It is not a pharmacy, a compounding facility, a clinical laboratory, or a healthcare provider, and it does not employ or represent licensed prescribers in connection with the sale of research materials.
These terms and any related dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Maricopa County, Arizona.
All materials supplied by Brightline Scientific are intended exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes conducted by qualified professionals in an appropriate research setting.
Prohibited Uses
Materials are not for human or veterinary consumption or administration. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They may not be used for diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative, or compounding applications, and may not be resold or redistributed for any of these purposes.
Products are labeled and supplied as Research Use Only (RUO). RUO materials are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or animal use, and no representation is made that any material is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals.
Brightline Scientific does not provide dosing information, administration guidance, reconstitution protocols intended for human use, or any clinical, medical, or therapeutic advice. Requests for such guidance will be declined.
Peptides are manufactured and lyophilized at laboratory facilities in the United States. Every batch is third-party tested by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS) for identity, purity, and quantitation, documented on a batch-specific certificate of analysis from an independent laboratory.
All products are batch tested and lot tracked. Every vial carries a traceable lot number that maps to its own batch-specific certificate of analysis, rather than a single generic document reused across products. Analytical results describe the material as tested. They are not a representation of suitability for any use in humans or animals.
Certificates of analysis are published on each product page for approved account holders, and a printed copy of the batch-specific certificate is included with every shipment. See COA Truth for how we handle analytical documentation, and Standards for our supplier review practices.
Materials are labeled with the product identity, quantity, lot number, and a Research Use Only statement including the notice that the contents are not for human consumption. Labeling is applied at the vial level so that the material remains identifiable after the outer packaging is removed. A printed copy of the batch-specific certificate of analysis for the corresponding lot is included with each shipment.
Shipments are sent in plain outer packaging without product claims printed on the exterior. Brightline Scientific does not ship to jurisdictions where the supply of these materials is restricted, and does not provide guidance on circumventing any import or customs requirement.
Support communications are limited to documentation, product identity, order status, and account matters. Our team does not discuss human or veterinary use, dosing, administration, expected effects, or outcomes, and does not provide referrals for those purposes. Correspondence requesting such information will receive a written decline and may result in review of the associated account.
Access to the Brightline Scientific catalog is a reviewed privilege rather than an open entitlement. We reserve the right to decline an access request, suspend or terminate an account, cancel an order, or refuse a future order at our discretion.
Indicators that may trigger review include statements or requests suggesting human or veterinary use, requests for dosing or administration guidance, ordering patterns inconsistent with a stated research purpose, inaccurate information provided during the access request, and attempts to resell or redistribute materials outside the research-use standard.
Brightline Scientific cooperates with regulators, payment processors, acquiring banks, and platform compliance reviewers.
