Prohibited Uses
Research Materials are not intended for human or veterinary consumption or administration. They are not intended for use as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They may not be used for diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative, or compounding applications, and may not be resold or redistributed for any prohibited purpose.
Products are labeled and supplied as Research-Use Only (RUO). RUO materials are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or animal use, and no representation is made that any material is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals.
Brightline Scientific does not provide dosing information, administration guidance, reconstitution protocols intended for administration, or any clinical, medical, veterinary, or therapeutic advice. Requests for such guidance will be declined.
Research Materials are lyophilized and filled in controlled laboratory environments in the United States.
Every released lot is tested by a third-party U.S. laboratory using UPLC/MS. Results are documented in a Lot-Specific Certificate of Analysis connected to the Brightline Lot Number and Laboratory Report Number. Each Laboratory Report Number may be verified directly with the issuing laboratory.
Every vial carries a traceable Brightline Lot Number that maps to its corresponding COA record. Brightline Scientific does not reuse one generic analytical report across different products or lots.
COAs are published on the applicable product page and in the COA Library for approved account holders.
Research Materials are labeled with product identity, strength, Brightline Lot Number, Laboratory Report Number, and a Research-Use Only (RUO) statement. Labeling is applied at the vial level so the material remains identifiable if outer packaging is removed.
Customer orders ship domestically within the United States. Outer packaging does not display product claims. Brightline Scientific does not provide guidance on circumventing any shipping, carrier, legal, or jurisdictional restriction.
Support communications are limited to documentation, product identity, order status, shipping, and account matters. Brightline Scientific does not discuss human or veterinary use, dosing, administration, expected effects, or outcomes, and does not provide referrals for those purposes. Correspondence requesting such information will receive a written decline and may result in review of the associated account.
Access to the Brightline Scientific catalog is a reviewed privilege rather than an open entitlement. Brightline Scientific may decline an access request, suspend or terminate an account, cancel an order, or refuse a future order at its discretion.
Indicators that may trigger review include statements or requests suggesting human, veterinary, or cosmetic use; requests for dosing or administration guidance; ordering patterns inconsistent with a stated research purpose; inaccurate information provided during the access request; and attempts to resell or redistribute Research Materials outside the Research-Use Only (RUO) standard.
Brightline Scientific cooperates with regulators, payment processors, acquiring banks, and platform compliance reviewers.
